Many Ubigi plans support up to 5G speeds. However, you might not always get these speeds if you’re in a remote area or during peak internet hours. I enjoyed 5G speeds during testing, but it may have helped that I was in a city.

Ubigi’s customer support options include a chatbot. If you can’t find your answer there or via the help center, you can ask the chatbot to speak to a support agent.
Live Chat Support Speed & Quality
The chatbot handles basic queries on topics like plan details and troubleshooting well. However, I waited around four hours for a response from a human agent. By contrast, some providers, like Saily, typically respond within seconds. The help center pages are pretty comprehensive, though.
