Background & Education

Michelle Mattuzzi is a Junior Editorial Assistant at Cloudwards, where she focuses on fact-checking video scripts, updating live articles and managing social media content. With a strong foundation in research and writing, she ensures that content is accurate, engaging and up to date.

Before joining Cloudwards, Michelle worked as a freelance proofreader, copy-editor and translator (English-German). She also gained experience in English teaching, tutoring and coordinating intensive English camps. Additionally, she has worked as a research assistant at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, contributing to academic publications and content creation. Her diverse professional background has strengthened her ability to adapt, communicate effectively and manage editorial tasks with precision.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys figure skating, yoga and Pilates. She is passionate about traveling, exploring new cultures and cuisines, and unwinding at the beach with a good book.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in English & American Studies from the University of Salzburg, Austria, and a Research Master in Linguistics (Language and Cognition) from the University of Groningen, Netherlands.
